No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or access with doorman. We assure you that our cleaners will respect your privacy and secure your property.
To help us provide the best service, please pick up any clutter and secure valuables or fragile items. Store important documents separately from other papers. Cleaners may bring their own detergents, so inform us of any potential allergies in advance.
We accept various payment methods, including zelle, Venmo, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service, and you can also prepay.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll arrange to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
